Matthew Fawdon

Co-Founder / Managing Director

Matthew is the Managing Director and co-founder of Go Compani, providing platforms backed by WalCentral Investments. Matthew co founded Go Compani in 2026 after purchasing a number of technologies to bring together as series of offerings in one place. Matthew has experienced firsthand through performing audits / assessments, manual and time consuming process of performing due diligence of online services in his time leading Fawmatt and Go Shepherd.

Today, companies rely on Go Compani to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust—all in a way that's real-time and transparent. Prior to founding Go Compani, Matthew led IT management for Schools and IT Services Companies. Matthew holds a MBA (Executive), Adv Dip IT, CISSP and is a Lead Auditor. Matthew is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australian Information Security Association and the Chamber of Commerce. Matthew is a Facilitator for the National Technology Network.

Dean Walpole

Co-Founder / Director of Operations & Marketing

Dean is Co-founder and Director of Operations & Marketing at Go Compani, where he leads strategic initiatives to expand the company's global market presence and drive awareness of its market-leading platforms.

 Dean has a wealth of knowledge, experience and industry certifications with 30+ years in the IT Service industry.  Dean has worked across many Not-for-profit, corporate and manufacturing sectors. He was the successful owner and CEO of the Managed Service Provider Login Systems.  During his tenure at Login Systems Dean evolved the company’s brand into a leading solutions company in the Australian market before his exit in 2024 when it was acquired by an international industry leading MSP.

 

Joshua Donvito

Head of Development and Support

Josh is Go Compani’s Head of Development and Support overseeing engineering, product and design. Bringing over two decades of Service and building to Go Compani, Josh joins Go Compani from developing applications and providing support. Josh in these roles has been leading all things Code to Cloud. During his tenure, Josh experienced a quadrupling of customers, and managed the product and design. Josh was responsible for delivering security features such as supply chain security, improving and requiring MFA, and new provenance capabilities for software.

Before Go Compani, Josh spent his years at Shearwater and NBN CO. Empowering teams and developers to continuously build, test, and deploy to any platform or cloud.

Chanelle Fawdon

Head of Finance and Accounting

Chanelle oversees Go Compani’s Finance and Accounting team supporting the company’s rapid growth. Chanelle brings over 15 years of Finance and Accounting experience to the role, most recently serving as TFH, a market-leading supplier of services and equipment.

Chanelle played a pivotal role in establishing the enterprise business with key customers, growing annual recurring revenue. Chanelle also supports startups, and small and medium enterprises serving as an advisor for the past decade.

Terence Grogan

Head of Research

Terry oversees Go Compani’s research processes. With over 40 years of dedicated service in education, he has built an extraordinary career spanning classroom teaching, curriculum development, and educational leadership. Terry’s academic journey reflects a deep, lifelong commitment to the profession, beginning with a Diploma of Teaching and progressing through a Bachelor of Education. Recognising the growing importance of technology in the classroom, he went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Computer Education, positioning himself at the forefront of digital learning innovation. He later furthered his expertise with a Master of Education, deepening his understanding of research methodologies  and educational practice, and is currently completing a doctoral thesis towards a PhD—a testament to his ongoing passion for research, scholarship, and the pursuit of excellence. Across four decades, Terry’s career embodies a rare blend of experience, adaptability, and continuous learning, making him a respected and influential figure in the field. Terry currently works part time as a sessional academic at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
